Wullie,

Great work! I'm definitely still interested in a 1 piece hose.

Thanks.

Cheers guys for the thanks and putting your names forward for these I'm pretty sure the manufacturers target of 15 before comencing can be met.

Is it worth looking into the other intercooler hose or doesn't this suffer in the same way as the one from the intercooler to egr? (item 6)

Item 5 below.

I've not had to replace the lower pipe yet on anyone's car.
Strange but my theory is the hot air from the turbo blows the oil vapour straight through that pipe and when it emerges very much cooled by intercooler, the oil condenses onto the walls of the upper pipe which causes it to eventually swell and become porous .

Hi Jules.
I can confirm that the sample hoses were not brand new, but in very good order but do agree that the cost of them it would be imperative that new OEM pipes would be best used for the tooling/modelling, the ones sent would most certainly have been ok to fit to your car but for how long they would of lasted who knows, both had seen at least 60000 miles Arctic

I am interested in a two piece for a facelift. (I guess that a one piece would be OK if it can be cut).

I think your on the money with that one.

So only the intercooler to egr hose that'll be required.
