Can probably be done, but might require some expertise. It'd be a good idea if you state where you're based, some members might know someone who can help locally...

If the clearcoat has come off you will need a respray.

Following on, I've noticed a very small patch on the bumber where the laquer has started to lift. At the moment about 5mm diameter.
Is there a way of preventing it spreading? Or is it a re-spray as well?

I would put some clear lacquer on it to prevent it lifting and spreading. Failing that, clear nail varnish will do - make sure you go over the edges a bit to stop it flaking.

Quixx will restore the shine, use the polish, then the finish
