Bright and sunny here, and looking at the amber warning area map the BBC have just shown, we might just escape the worst of the encroaching windy weather.

Storm Ali starting to make its presence felt. Heavy rain since about 8:30, that's easing off but the wind is starting to build.

Afternoon back from the extractor was a bit of a job tooth broke got out in bits.
Gums still numb at the moment (wait till the anesthetic wears off

Very slow Jeff need to get some advertising done. Gor a.chance to put an as in local parish magazine, just waiting for my contact to get back to me. Also going to place ad in local weekly paper.

OK, discovered the birds here really like sunflower hearts so ordered a 20 kilo bag online, works out less than half the price of the smaller supermarket bags. Its just arrived, hadn't really considered the size, or weight for that matter! Need to work out where the hell I'm going to keep it!

Place an ad on Gumtree as well Rich, doesn't cost anything. Just need to register.

A decent dose of malt whisky applied directly to the offending cavity usually offers some relief from the pain I find
