I hear you Mango but being from outside the area i havent a clue about
the Shell garage but if its on the route to the meet it has to be considered
after all we only have 2 weeks to get this sorted.
Another option is to phone Monkey world and ask if they can accomodate us
You never know.

What road is the shell garage on Mango

I don't know the area either. Isn't there a railway station nearby? I think we need to compile a list of possible meeting points. I'm only on my phone so Internet browsing is restricted at the moment. I will have a look tonight when I get on my computer.

Hi Guys

Just a suggestion.Following on from the post above. There is a pub in Wool called the Ship Inn and they have a sizeable car park which would be empty at the time we wish to meet. It`s just around the corner from Bovington Lane which is the approach road to the Showground.

The pub`s postcode is BH20 6EQ just along the A352 Dorchester Road.Have a look on Google and see what you think.

This looks to be a good place. I wonder if it's worth giving them a call or email to make sure it's OK. Details here http://www.pub-explorer.com/dorset/pub/shipinnwool.htm

The larger one is the best for access as well as space.

I`m just waiting for a call back from the manager to confirm that using the car park is ok.
