I had a look in the spare wheel well and was delighted to find that it was still bone dry. It has been almost a year since the rear light seals were renewed and any water ingress has been seen.
Most of the day was spent getting the rear offside wheel and hub off the Morris though, to try and sort the seized hand brake.  Fifer

Started to fit an oil catch tank , waiting for hoses to arrive.........my wheels are not back from refurb yet...pics to follow, and I ordered another flip key

Got cross with it...
MOT repairs. Brake hose, Track rod end, no biggie. Handbrake poor on one side (annoying as id only repaired the compensator and adjusted them 2 weeks prior) so stripped it down, discovered the linings have parted ways from the shoes dammit |

service done
oil & filter, diesel filter, pcv filter (still had original BMW one fitted)... all changed...pollen filter and air filter still rather clean so good for another 10000 miles or next may...whichever comes first!
