A bit of pre mot work
New flexible joint fitted And the rotten outer skin on the silencer chopped out and new sections let in...... I had the idea of an Airstream trailer, however I ended up with the lovechild of Red Dwarf's "Crichton" and Frankenstein's monster. Still as the inner box was intact, it has to be better than the crispy mush it replaced. The road test to Stockton, revealed a super silent civilised cruise Not pretty, but it doesn't need to be really Treble curvature from sheet steel isn't easy to do Brian |

On Friday I rewelded my exhaust strap, second time but this time a much better weld (still an amateur under supervision) and now I'm reasonably confident.
All in preparation for a run down to the Manchester classic car show at Event City. Just one measley ZT-T on show from another 75 & ZT club. But nevertheless saw a few on the motorway and some very nice cars at the show.
