There are a number of reasons for the two tone black & grey are 1/ I was going to have a new 75 in 2004 just as Rover stopped 2/ no one has a photo of one in the club 3/ my father had a Vanden plas princess 4 R in two tone black & grey which I sold in the 90's and is the is still going strong today 4/ I have another two tone 75 ( V8 tourer ) in black & maroon and finally I am a Funeral Director so it would be used at work

See my images at Limorog or look up on the New Forest meet on the South West Area where I took one of my two Limo's.

Found it! Lovely car, and surely rare even by limo standards.

Takes the stretch treatment well, many of standard cars don't look right at all stretched, such as Carton abominations etc.

Both the 6 door and LWB were build by MacNeillies with help by the designer of the 75 Richard Woolley. The Hearse they used a drawing of mine to start the design which later when I have time I'll write a thread about it with pictures. The picture below is the Rover 75 6 door Limousine prototype at MacNeillie

Wow, so these were custom designed for you specially, rather than you simply chossing them from a MacNeillie's brochure or whatever?

I helped with the design of the fleet, but MacNeillie built them to the customers requirements the the full backing of the MG Rover Group.
