Question Threaded bar for lowering rear subframe

Somewhere on the forum is a post/thread about using two long threaded bars to lower the rear subframe more easily - i.e.
  • Remove two of the four bolts that hold the subframe to the car
  • In their place, screw in two long threaded bars with nuts on
  • Remove the other two bolts holding the subframe to the car
  • Lower the subframe by winding the nuts slowly down the two long bars
I'm trying to find out the correct size for the two bars but I can't find my shortcut to the original post/thread. Can anyone remember where it is?

M12 penny washers - 37161 (10 pack)
M12 nuts - 85285 (50 pack )(who needs 50?)
