I drove a coach from Newcastle to Rugby, then on to Dover yesterday.
I hit snowfall at Yorkshire, the through the central part of Yorkshire,it was really bad, heavy snowfall, lying on the roads, then by the time I got to Derbyshire,it had eased off considerably . Got to Rugby and it was a bare scattering of snow, then on through Essex and Kent to Dover, and it was completely dry, so thankfully I escaped most of it.
