Allen should we have a meet up point prior to arrival? There are MANY of the SW owners group on FB who want to share the pitch with us. However, some have already pre applied and have tickets, but some have not.
My fear is that if all turn up as and when, we will all not be able to park together. If we meet up and convoy there, we have a greater chance of all being sited together.

Last year I went in early and marked out a pitch for all of us,If we know how many are coming I could do the same, then if you want to convoy in together I will be there & see you all in.

Sorry Allen, but I am going to have to pull out of this meet. For the time being I will only be able to do very local meets if any at all, as once my Mother In Law is discharged from hospital it could be a few months before their knee is better.
