More information would help, what head unit or changer won't eject?

Ok, that narrows it down a bit, they all use the same drive though
Is it playing the disc that is in the unit? When you press eject does it make a sound like its trying to eject the disc?

It's very likely that the lubricant that is used on the worm gear on the eject mechanism has dried out and not going through its full eject procedure.
If you partially remove your head unit whilst leaving it connected, press eject and whilst it's going through its attempt tap the top of the unit and hopefully the disc mech will free itself and the disc. What I would try then is repeated insert/eject runs and hopefully the mech grease will get some of its viscosity properties back. If not it will probably need a service. Good luck

Did you get it from Sean? Sean does offer second to none back up on these units and in most cases we can repair them. Drop Sean a Pm and I'm sure we can help you out
