Good to see you all again Steve Cracking day out. Nice to meet new faces too. When I got back to my car, there was as mile long queue to get out, taking over an hour, so I went walkabout and came across a young lad with his mother from M'Bro, with his Royal Blue 75 he'd been given. Had a good chat for an hour while the traffic left, pointed him in the forum direction, so a possible new member.
My head is now bright red Also, travelling back, decided to put the air-con on. Nowt, zilch, dead, empty Another job to do. |

Burnt to an absolute crisp, Going to feel the pain tomorrow, some really nice cars well in to three figures in number I recon. Had a nice chat and coffee with Paul (Annfield East). and another short chat with Amanda (75 Car girl) and her partner, nice to meet you both, great to catch up with newly betrothed Steve (ssizefive), (yes it will be a shock to him too). And the icing on the cake was seeing my old mate Ronnie (Suzublu) again as he never said he was making the trip down, looking good Ron
Did anybody see Dave Connolly? did he come?

Here's a piccy. the owner of the Roller was asking thirty grand for it if anyone is looking for a home for their loose change.
Nice to meet some members for the first time, Amanda (75 Car girl), Ronnie (Suzublu), Steve (ssizefive), Dave (stocktake) and Marina. Oh, thanks for coffee Dave. Took ages to exit the showground but was all plain sailing once on the A1M. I'll be taking my own picnic to Penrith on June 20th - £4.50 for a cheeseburger was a bit over the top. |
