Default Classic car (pre 2005) meet Ripley castle May 31st

Nothing to do with me.
I'm taking the sunbeam, just thought some here may wish to go. Under £5 for two adults if you take the classic. Auto jumble also.

Thanks for that; very interesting.

Have noted the dates and locations and hope to make it to some of the events. The one at Corbridge is literally just down the road.

Just booked for it too. It will be my first such event since becoming a 75 owner and hope they are well represented.

But do the organisers know something that we don't?

Private classic cars are warmly invited to come and display in the May sunshine

For heavens sake, its a bank holiday! So is today, and just look at the forecast.

Hope to see you there.

I take back all I said re the weather in my post of May 2nd. Either they had inside knowledge or it was wishful thinking. Probably the latter.

I have also booked for the 18th Classic Cars in The Park, Hutton-in-the-Forest, Near Penrith, on Sunday June 20th, an event organised by the same people.

Default Lovely day out.

Back home from Ripley castle having had a thoroughly enjoyable day. Had a great chat with some of the newer club members and it really was lovely to see and catch up with Dave (stocktake) and Marina and also Ronnie (suzublu).
Looking forward to seeing everyone and hopefully a few more members in the near future.

Steve.
