Newbies do now!!
1. Plenum drains..all 3 or 4 year dependent
2. Cooling fan..All speeds functioning
3. Bonnet cable divider block

What's fair is purely subjective, unfortunately.

One thing I've learned is that you rarely (if ever) get back anything extra for the work and effort you put into a car. It will go for the current market value, regardless, most of the time.

Even if you only want the market value, you normally have to wait a while to find a buyer. Sadly, there are many cheap cars on offer. Many are false economy, but that won't stop someone choosing them over yours, on price alone.

To speed the sale up, you will have to entertain offers. The problem is that if your asking price is deemed far above the market value, those offers will be few and far between - and likely to cause offence.

I wish you the best of luck with the sale. If I was selling one like yours, I'd try for £1400, but would accept a little less if there was no interest AND the car was surplus to requirement. I would not accept £1000 unless/until I really needed to sell.
