Hi all
I have PMd Trikey about this but thought that I'd post it for all to see. If you are planning to return to the Best of British show at Boxtel in September and want to go via Stena (Harwich to the Hook) I would suggest that you make up your minds ASAP.. Reason is that the Best of British show is usually held on the 3rd Sunday in September (20th) and this date will clash with the British Superbike round at Assen 18th-20th so the ferry will become fully booked very early for Thursday/Friday 17th/18th outward and Monday/Tuesday return 21st/22nd.. Cheers Ian

Certainly interested and would like to stay a few extra days and head off to Luxembourg to re-visit some of the places where we had British Sports Car Club of Luxembourg meets about 20 years ago.(in my Triumph GT6 days)
The most memorable town was Vianden on the German border, and I see that they have now finished restoring the castle which was covered in scaffolding last time I was there. |

We might be up for this again, but we would travel by shuttle. Don’t like hanging about waiting to get going off the ship. Done enough of ‘floating’ over the years to Germany , Dover/Ostend for about 15 years. And all depends on the weather when/ if you can sail. Also enjoy the drive from France to Holland. Perhaps.

Maybe, but won’t have a vehicle as it’s during school time and the wife will have the car.

Depending on the dates, both me and Emily would like to do the trip again this year. Was a great turnout last year and great fun too.
