Default What lead do I need?

I have the std iso female connectors can anyone tell me what lead I need to connect to this lead please?

That looks like a BMW lead for an android unit,
You will need to discard the canbus interface and either get a 17 pin BMW to ISO adaptor or the correct loom with ISO connectors already on it for our cars

You know Jeff we never had any problems when we used to have a Radiomobile wireless in my old Fiat 127.
