Default Experienced 75 Volunteer req. nr leatherhead

Hi all!
I've just found and put a deposit on a Rover 75 connoisseur se Tourer from a dealer near leatherhead.
Any members living nearby who know there stuff who could help me check it over on Saturday morning, Big breakfast on me!
Any help or advice as this is my first connie would be greatly appreciated!
It looks fantastic!!

Hi there.

Sorry I am nowhere near Leatherhead but can I suggest if you can post a link (assuming the car is listed on the net) then members can give you some opinions on how it looks and whether it seems genuine.

Good luck and hopefully someone can assist.

Think the OP wants to go armed with things to look for chaps

OK, not an oil burner man myself but check the operation of the fan. Air con on low ( not on economy) , ign on ( engine does not need to be running. Fan should run if it doesn't then either A/C problem, or fan/resistor problem. Not an expensive fix but a bargaining point.

Obviously check the plenums for water, check to see if carpets are wet under seats ( shows there first if it has a serious waterleak. Check boot for water.
