Default Need help to cure my Jerky Ride

Hi, I thought I had sorted my Jerky Running by repairing Boost Control Piping and the replacement of Solenoid, it did improve a lot but left me with a minor 'Misfiring ' type of jerking especially when lifting the accelerator. I reduced the Spark Plug gap and that seemed to cure problem but it came back shortly afterwards. I have changed the Spark Plugs and the Spark Plug Coils but still I have this 'misfiring' or 'jerkyness' usually when decelerating. The old Spark Plugs look very pale as if running weak mixture. Any ideas would be much appreciated, Regards Ken

This sounds like the problem I had. Check the fuel feed pipe to the injectors. See if it wobbles.
It might be that, or it might not. Someone with more experience will tell you more

Ken,

I am very confused. Your profile tells us all that you have a diesel. I thought that diesels don't have sparking plugs. So have you changed your car but not your profile?

Simon
