What is the 0 setting on my synergy 2?

After many years of ownership, 2 clutches, all fuel pumps, gear linkages etc I am now wondering what setting I should actually be using on my synergy 2 box :-)

It was installed when I bought it along with a pierburg maf, egr bypass and an uprated air filter.
I normally drive it with my remote box switched to green (eco mode) and happily get 50+ mpg (most of the time), but with a lot of torque and what seems like loads of power. I see others have theirs set to '6' with the power on and some set to '10', only thing is mine doesn't have a '10'!
On the label it has 1-10 with 10 being low mafam and max power yet my switch on the box goes from 0-9, on 0 it feels smooth but not as torque'y as the eco mode.

Does anyone know how the switch matches to my label? Does 0=1 or does 0=10?
