Nah, you only have 199 days of freedom left, after that you have to save up to go to the petrol station and buy nappies never mind buying private reg no's ;D

I'd also be willing to pop up and take it for a spin. In fact I'd very much like to as I'm thinking of buying a Oil burning tourer.

Nice colour
As well as what's already been indicated...
Check out starting up smoke levels, and levels under hard acceleration.
And how easy it is to start, make sure the engine is cold before you do this, as the seller may have warmed up the engine before you arrived.
Look for any short-term warning indicators when you turn the switch to start.

Have a good look underneath the car, check engine mountings and suspension, pay particular attention to the springs and brake pipes.

Before you buy, be happy If in doubt.... do without. There will be another one along shortly

And if you do buy ... get a smiley plate for the rear, that one just looks wrong!
