Default MG and Rover Sponsored Aston Villa Football Shirts.

A home and away replica set of Aston Villa Football Shirts. Both are size XL. Both shirts are used but in very good condition as can be seen in the photos. The MG shirt does have a slight mark underneath the MG badge but this is hardly noticeable and has never bothered me, but I have photographed this so you can decide if the mark will bother you or not.

The Rover Shirt is the replica of the shirts worn during the 2002-2003 and 2003-2004 season and the MG Shirt is the replica of the shirts worn during the 2003-2004 season the MG Shirt wss only yellow for one season as the previous season ot was white and the shirts are from when MG Rover were the Shirt Sponsors.

Not many of these shirts become available for sale as a pair and in matching sizes.

Price now reduced to £25.

Default Ah

Ah, but have you one of these.....?

Check the shirt sponsor when my club Dundee United finally ( on the seventh cup final appearance) won the Scottish Cup in 1994....

Default Craig

I know Craig. He is a real gentleman and always has time to stop and talk to young fans.

His cup winning goal was a supporters dream....and he was one himself.

Tidy shirts. If I recall correctly they were just sponsored by Rover for the cup games.

Memory not as good as used to be...
Funnily enough, the second time we won the Scottish cup was against Ross County, managed by ...Derek Adams! Now that was a real family cup final. Loads of kids, girl friends, granny and grandads...No trouble at all...( no big clubs with the trouble that sometimes spoils things for their true supporters)
We went to the 'Pub on the Hill' near Hampden and it was completely mixed, singing folk buying drinks for one another. Great atmosphere and remarkably the same mixed group after the game...

Chris
