Default Sad news.

Hi All.

Just a wee message to say my Dad passed away in the early hours of Tuesday 31st.

It wasn't expected, I'm just not in a good place the now as I have taken this so badly as he was my last parent, I lived with him in the family house and was caring for him as he had poor mobility but wasn't actually I'll, but he had a phglem type cough for a while which he put down to his sinuses, however I will add more details later as I'm starting to shed tears the now.

Thanks Bob. Sadly I don't have any real friends local to me anymore, not even members on here stay local to me, it's the feeling of loneliness that's hitting me now.

So sorry to hear of your father passing Graeme, it’s never easy and especially at this time of year.
I lost my father back in 1964 and on Christmas Day my son gave me a recording of him singing and reciting poetry. I hadn’t heard this since the day it was recorded back in the 60’s. My late brother and myself (aged 13) is also on the tape.

Hold on to the memories you have of your father as I’m sure there will be many.
