Default Car worth saving in Carlisle

Lovely mark 1 with personal line interior, if I was local I would save this one - not drivable at present, please sombody save it!:

20 year old V6.......almost a launch car but not quite, and worryingly a non runner, anyone care to take bets on cambelt failure ??

Apparently it starts up but has a water leak - possibly thermostat housing or a hose!? The battery is dead dead, but neighbour started the car up ok. Will obv need a cambelt, waterpump as part of recommissioning...still looks a bit too good to break/scrap! How much to tow that to s wales do we think!?
