Default Defender part good for Rover 75/ZT?

I need a replacement window regulator complete.

Rimmers list a ZT window regulator... Front Door - RH - LR006371 - Genuine at £203.41 inc VAT. Ouch.

Incidentally listed on eBay - Genuine LR006371..... new window regulator for the Landrover Freelander front driver window at £43.00 including postage. Could it possibly be the same one from the Freelander Mark 1 was also fitted to the 75/ZT's?
Same catalogue number?
Anyone know if the Freelander part is the same?

Default 260 V8 window regulator

Thanks to everyone who posted. Since my car is a keeper for now, I've splashed out on Regulator assembly-front door electric glass - RH - CUH102340 - Genuine MG Rover from Rimmers.
My existing motor is fine, so I may also go for the new cable from Germany if the rest of it looks good and the pulleys are OK on the old unit and keep it as a spare.
