Default Not Car related- Samsung mobile phones

Hi all,
After some advice... After a day searching around stores and salespeople.
Samsung A3 2016 on 3 with 300mins/2gb data / unlimited texts for £22

Or Samsung J5 on iD with 600min /2gb data/5000 texts with 1 year insurance through carphone warehouse.

??!

Cheers
Paul

I had a J5 as a replacement for the S3..........very good phone.
But I sent it back as it was just too big for me.

Default Samsung A3 2016

No one has the A3...think J5 is winning this!

personally think any big-brand phone is over-priced for what it is - I've been using a Zopo (cheaper Chinese phone) for a few years now, does everything I need it to, just as quick or pretty as a Samsung, but only cost me £130 up front

I pay £19 a month for a 30-day rolling contract with Virgin for unlimited calls, texts and data

the only downside, is if something goes wrong with the phone, I'm liable and have to repair or replace - if on contract then the phone operator has to do this

Mobilephonedirect.co.uk have an lg g3 on talkmobile 1000 mins 5000 texts 2gb data for £12.50/month free phone that I've just bought. Ok so the model is 2 years old but was very highly regarded then. I had a samsung s4 before, much prefer the lg build as it leave you a lot more memory free.

I've got an A3 and so has the wife. They are great phones, and never had any issues with them.
Battery life is good, talk time is good, and they fit in my pocket easily.
