Default I'm in bits

Hi guys hope you don't mind me posting this.
Next week we are having to have my dog 'Spud' put to sleep.
He is a little Jack Russell and I have had him since I was in middle school. He is 13 years old and is on vetmedin for his heart disease. It has come to us carrying him down stairs otherwise he collapses and has a seizure.I don't mind carrying him at all. He's the best dog anybody could wish for and he has been my best friend ever since we picked him up as an 8 week old puppy.
Here are a few photos taken this evening [URL=http://s893.photobucket.com/user/montytom/media/IMG_00000013_zpsa388736d.jpg.html][/].

I'm really going to miss him and I can't picture life without him. For along as I remember he has been there(I can remember before him but not very well). Thanks Thomas

Always sad to lose a faithful friend .

A dog must have a quality of life so you are doing the right thing .

My advice is to get someone else to take him on the day .

I daren't show either my wife or daughter this as they will be in tears, its terribly sad for you and not an easy time but its probably the kindest thing you can do for him, take care
