Not the best day yesterday.
Front o/s spring snapped (low speed) Crawled to a parking space and the tyre seems ok. RAC turns up and removed the spring with an angle grinder so I'm able to drive it downtown to a garage. 170 quid to fix, but RAC bloke paid 70 of it because I'd waited 3 hrs on the call out. Also he said it saved them another call out from home to a garage. Oh, and it was raining, boy was it raining.

Sorry to hear that. At least it didn't take the tyre with it!
And yes, it was raining bad as it has been for the last couple of days in Derby as well.
