Default Goodbye

Hi all, 2 weeks ago my car was written off after some idiot turned right onto a main road just as I was on top of the junction and took out my n/s wing, n/s door and rear door including the a pillar and door mirror....Insurance company not interested in repair, but a lot of damage to be fare. How he didn't see a 2 tonne rover on the junction before he went for it is beyond me. I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone on here for their help and support over my 3 year ownership, and wish you all good luck for the future...Thanks Trevor.

Sad to hear of your accident but at least it sounds like nobody was hurt, in the grand scheme of things a lot more important than a lump of steel parts.

Good luck with whatever motor you decide on next and safe and happy motoring ahead for you

Sorry to hear about the damage to your car Trevor, if it was mine I would be absolutely gutted.

Is there any chance of you buying another one of our cars and remain in the club. It is always sad to read of good club members leaving the fold

Cool

Well at least you are still here to post this up. At least the Rover done it's job in looking after you.
Not having a Rover or a MG means you have to leave the forum. Stick around and enjoy the banter.

Sorry to hear this. Plenty of other 75s out there looking for a new buyer to look after them. Hope you do find another one.

That is just awful, glad you are OK.
If you get a decent amount from insurance, there are some "cracking" MG/Rovers for not much money all over the country.
Best wishes.
Ken.
