Not cut as such but lifted a large area of skin, still painful though, hobbling around.

Dunno what to eat tonight, haven't eaten what you'd call a light meal for a week, pasta, pizza, nice meal of lamb shank with roasted potato wedges, one highlight was a cracking seafood linguine, clams, mussels, calamari, prawns etc all from just the local restaurants near the hotel or while wandering around the city, didn't have a naff meal in any of them. When we got home last night we ordered fish and chips . . . . might just have toast tonight.

Amazon dropped off BBQ at just gone 16.00hrs

Twenty minutes later and we were up and running.
Air fried some potato wedges first with added smoke then grilled the meats.

Very impressed with the speed and quality of the cooking

Tomorrow we will be cooking a whole chicken . Should be interesting.
