yep load of ****.. i would be taking video footage of the lane , showing no signs , and yellow lines , and also its not even a proper pavement.. And tell them , you will see them in court...

Is it because you are facing the traffic?

Looked again and the Fiat didnt get one. Sounds harsh to me.

There are no direction markers on the road, so no offence of facing the wrong way in darkness or otherwise...

Not facing traffic though, facing the right way, the fiat is facing the wrong way
