Default 60k - 4 year service due

4 years in this case, the "D" service according to the sheet Anything to watch out for? My dad seems to think (after looking at the haynes book) that changing the plugs is going to be a major operation, is he right?

A service kit off fleabay (oil/air filters and plugs - genuine Rover bits) is about £30 delivered to N.I. seems reasonable? I have not priced my local motor factors yet though.

AFAIK the 1.8 plug change is not difficult. It's the V6 rear bank that is.

One of the techs will be along shortly, Phil runs a 1.8 and is very familiar.

Chuckle!

No, 1.8 plugs are very easy to change. just be careful with the bolts holding the coil packs/covers etc. The threads for the bolts, on mine at least were made out of chocolate.

If using a D spec sheet is possibly the wrong one...

a 60k / 4 year includes :

Plugs
oil and filter
anti freeze
air filter
pollen filter
fob battery
auto oils if necessary (manual oils 105K)
brake fluid

Here's the latest schedules. They changed from an ABCD scheme to an ABC one.

EDIT: Sorry for the glitch.

Hello,

Just looking at getting my 4 year service done on the ZTT - has anybody got a copy of the lastest service sheet as the above links are not working.

Many thanks,

Andy

Thanks Mike,

That shows an ABCD schedule, from what T-Cut is saying there is now a ABC schedule, that's what I'm trying to track down.
