Karate
as some of you know my son started Karate, then i started a month later, that was about mid August, just thought i would update yo on my progress,
I am getting really into it, more than i thought i would, we go every Sunday morning for an hour and half, got my license this week and my suite a few weeks back, on 31st October i am, along with my son going for my first grading "red belt". am looking forward to that, and hopefully in January taking on the next belt. Am enjoying it |

Hi,glad you and your son are enjoying karate its a great sport.Gets you fit and is great for kids.I got up to brown belt ,but gave it up after breaking my leg for the second time playing football.What style are you leaning?

Glad you are enjoying your training.Hope you and "jnr" continue practising your Martial Arts.I've being teaching Taekwondo for a number of years now,and at 62 I'am fitter now than I was at 25!!.So It puts you in good "fettle" for later in life.

Good luck with it, I too study wado-Ryu, got selected to represent the England team in the European Championships in Portugal back in April this year and won a bronze medal at the age of 53
