Default FM radio Navall

My FM radio has always been a bit suspect.
Station has always been lost, fluctuating sound etc.
The other week I lost all FM signals, so not a happy chap. I took the unit out to give it a full reset.
Whilst doing so, but before I unplugged the power I decided to replace the aerial plug. ( Don't know why, just did) Now bear in mind that this was a highline fitted car so the aerial cable was the one supplied with the Star unit .
Switched on and hey presto perfect FM reception.
Just to be clear, no hard or soft resets - just replaced the plug.

I drove up to Glasgow last night and radio never missed a beat.

So, if your FM radio is not working propetly and you are using the aerial cable supplied with the Navall unit this may be worth a look

Thanks for the tip Simon, In my car I have a good signal. The aerial goes to the pillar by the left front passenger seat. The only issue I have with the unit is that it has accelerator whine. Happy motoring
