Question No reversing lights ZT190 SALOON

My ZT190's reversing lights are not working

And there are no bulb warnings or anything on the dash either.

I don't think the bulbs have gone because a while ago the lights were intermittent, where by only sometimes they didn't work.

But now they seem to have stopped completely.

Is it likly to be a switch by the gear leaver?

or something more terminal with a control box or something?

It's likely to be the switch on the gearbox or wiring.

The reversing lights aren't covered by the bulb failure system. The reversing light switch screws into the gearbox, read this. They are available elsewhere apart from Rimmers at considerably lower cost, ie. ECP for eight quid.

As you say, it will be the switch in the gearbox, a nice simple fix.
