Spoiler or no?
So for 9 years now I've had my boomerang boot spoiler fitted, & lately thinking of removing it. What do you reckon, yes or no?

Less is more is my attitude, much prefer the lip style myself.

It is of course up to you. If you like it, it's fine.
My personal opinion? I don't think a 75 needs a spoiler. The 75 has class and a spoiler... well... kind of spoils that This spoiler would/could look good on a ZT MK1 though.

I think looking for a lid would be the best option because the grommets will just annoy you! Whether you can find one reasonably local is another matter.

not a fan of a rear spoiler on a front wheel drive car. They dont make sense to me. Even the ZT lip, I think is pointless, although aesthetically it does square off the rear end, and actually does do something aerodynamically - it keeps the boot lid shut at speed (it would help avoid the turbulent low pressure air coming from below at speeds beyond the ability of our cars).
For taller (than me) people they are useful for pushing the car. Most importantly though, it is your car, to do as you please (within legal reason of course). If you like it, great, if you are fed up with it, replace the boot lid with a non spoilered one and that way you can replace 'for a change'.
