Hi guys my mirrors are stone cold not getting hot at all any ideas thanks

Number 35 (5 amp) in the fuse box behind the glove box. However, windscreen washers are on the same fuse so if they are working fuse is ok.
Problem can also be the connections onto the mirror heating element or the heater element itself, the mirror heaters are on constantly with the ignition irrespective of temperature etc. |

Fuse No 11 on the in-car fuse box.---Five amps.
