Thanks Stu, don't think George will be interested though. Far to healthy and sofisticated for his kind

Hows this for weight loss then?

178 kilos to 164 kilos in 12 days!

Admittedly I was in hospital and was nil by mouth for that time.

14 kilos or 2.2stone.

Even I couldn't believe that one when they weighed me.

Not allowed to diet at the moment as I'm on a high protein diet although I am
not being stupid.

Default This is my day to day breakfast.

I was introduced to this by my girlfriend.

I've made a couple of modifications to it...

Leyland Specification J Breakfast:

Components:
Granola- I like the Jordan's Tropical Fruit variant.
Natural Greek Yoghurt
Grapes- I like Sainsburys Taste The Difference Sable Grapes.
Blueberries

Build Instructions:

Mix all of the above components together then serve!

Variants:
At first I used Sainsburys frozen Black Forest Fruits.
With that version however, it was important to add some sweetening in the form of Maple Syrup.

I actually prefer the healthy Mk2 version as it requires no sweetener whatsoever.

I hope this is helpful!

Well think of type two diabetes as an incentive to regain control of your weight, yes its first diet only then tablets and finally like me insulin three times a day and increased health risks specially eyes and feet. I just wish I had tackled the problem in my fifties . Remember the road to hell is paved with good intentions
So heed a timely warning gentlemen from one who has been there and got the badge too

Default confession is good for the soul.

Yesterday i was walking past what used to be my favourite fish n chip shop and the smell of the chips was too much to bear.

Nipped in and bought a portion.

Loads of salt n vin as is my want.

Took em back to the car and ate ten and binned the bulk of them .

Curiousity satisfied i felt good .

As it was over four months since i last ate chips i think thats not bad.
