That was sad to watch it go up in flames, this seems to happen time and again when renovation work is being carried out, York Minster, Glasgow school of art to name just two.

Notre Dame will flourish again like London after the dreadful & terrible blitz where St. Paul's cathedral kept standing as well.

Paris was liberated exactly 75 years ago today and Notre Dame was there, right at the centre of it.
