Default Bolt

It looks remarkably similar to one of the four bolts which hold the engine mount bracket to the engine. If it is a 15mm head then even more so.
The bracket is the one which has the eye in it which sits on the centre spindle of the Hydramount.
One is visible in the bottom right hand corner of this pic. you had beter check that there are still 4 there!

Check bell housing, gearbox, if you've had a recent clutch change, if 10 or 8 mm head possible power steering pump bolt.

Snagger.

I had loads of work done to it 2 weeks ago for the MOT. ball joints, track rod ends, exhaust and cat, steering rack boot, all brake pipes and tyres. This week new clutch as the thrust bearing had went. With all the work thats been done the bolt could be from anywhere. Its a 10mm head 100mm long and a gold colour, I will take it to my mates garage tomorrow and get it on the ramp and look at the power steering pump

They're 13mm head, not 10mm.

I'm very impressed with the work carried out and obvious commitment you have. Would you mind sharing what was the cost of all those repairs?
