I got news for you buddy it ain’t! Holy Water, very similar but it gives you a nice warm feeling inside.

When driving around the EU, what are the regulations for having the GB sticker. I have GB on my licence plate with the EU symbol, will this be enough or would I need a GB sticker aswel?

Yes mate you are OK with that..

Reflective jackets (there must be one for each passenger and be kept within the cabin of the car)
Warning triangle (compulsory in most countries)
Headlamp beam deflectors (depending on your car, you’ll either need deflector stickers or have to adjust the beam manually)
Breathalyser (compulsory in France)
Safety helmets are compulsory for riders and passengers of motorcyclists and moped users
GB car sticker (if you don’t have a GB Euro number plate)
First aid kit (compulsory in Austria, France and Germany)

First aid is shown on the list Brian..
Here's what the RAC say about spare bulb requirements in Europe.
Spare bulbs – It is recommended but not mandatory that you carry a spare bulb kit for your vehicle

One important thing to remember is that the drink driving laws in Europe are stricter than here in the UK. France, Belgium and Holland all have 0.5 milligrams of alcohol per millilitre of blood limit compared to 0.8 in the UK so drinkers beware..

You can’t get a fine if you don’t have a breathalyser with you either.
