What memory does it need to take the T4 in system on?

You will still need to provide the software, the Virtual T4 is just the interface.

If I have a problem needing a T4 it has to be BigRuss or tempt Trikey from his retirement!!
Its like buying a washing machine.

I would recommend that any enquiries are PM'd to Phil-T4 as he will be able to answer all of your points clearly...

Are you able to change the zcs codes with this then say for example you retrofit auto wipers?

The issue of x number of Vin`s allowed is just common sense, if I were marketing a product such as this it would help protect my investment.
Paul who developed the P-Scan, you can register two vehicles and then if you sell one and want to register another, then you have to contact Paul to have one removed and another added, easy peasy.
I for one will be making enquiries but will wait a while as I`m sure Phil must be already inundated with questions.
Good luck Phil.
Ken.
Actually, for the pscan.eu tool, it's not restricted to any number of vehicles, it's however limited for use on two different computers, it's another licensing scheme that prevents from passing the hardware between different people. I like this approach as it allows any group or club to conduct diagnostics on several cars through one operator.

All I can say is that this tool is fantastic for anybody who really wants to look after their cars and not get caught out by incorrect diagnosis by others.
Mine has helped me out of a few sticky moments, and like Pete, enjoy using it to keep an eye on things.
In terms of general release open for all to use, I seriously doubt that this would happen in Phil's lifetime not least at a meeting where perhaps dozens of vehicles could potentially be interrogated. The license will have a restriction to a number of vehicles and the quantity would be commensurate with the cost of the kit. But I am sure that if the interested parties would make a contribution as a group, there may lye an opportunity to share it.
By far the best route to organise this, would be to make contact with Phil directly and discuss your requirements.
It is for this reason, that I kept my VT4 quiet when I got mine, as this may have caused difficulties, but Pete has legitimately purchased the kit, and hope he benefits from his as much as I have mine.
Also, it is a great tool to have, don't use it every day but handy when needed.
My thanks to Phil for organising my VT4 Last year!
