Is TMC still available on Hiline?

I have seen the triangles indicating incidents but none have so far been on my route. As and when that does occur I will take the instructions of the softly spoken lady with a healthy pinch of salt in view of your experience. Perhaps she thought the queue may have dissipated by the time you returned from your scenic mystery tour.
