After watching the programme on the TV this morning about money going ‘missing’from the NHS, it gave me an in-site as to how ‘trust’ is built up for the person concerned, before ‘inadvertent actions’ (code) take over. I feel really sorry for those who have lost money dealing with this person, but it was always on the cards I am afraid. I read that he dealt from Canada? Does anyone know for sure? If there is any end to this saga, it will be interesting to see if the thoughts of a few of us was correct. By the way, does anyone know his real name? Anyone met him?

He is a criminal, pure and simple, this thread can debate the matter as much as it likes, but in the end he has ripped people off and the club is not responsible. It's about time this was closed as no amount of further debate is ever going to get members the stuff they are owed. It is unfortunate that there is no way of bringing him to justice and therefore no closure for members who have been conned, this debate simply reminds people of what happened and we should move on, I do feel for the people he conned but realistically what can be done?

It does seem that from what 75c and others are saying, he is still “at it”. This thread should be regularly updated and revised as a warning to our fellow members. I would also suggest that it should be flagged up to other Clubs so that our friends and colleagues who are fellow car enthusiasts can also be warned as it is known that his activities were not confined to our Club alone. Hello Sacha, you are right in what you say in hindsigh perhaps I should have got more details but I did not need them. I don't know if Jeff has more info? Have you contacted him?. I have not had ANY contact with Sean since last October as he owes me over £500 that I have had to pay back to PayPal in claim backpacks. The only way used to contact me was by email and Skype as he said it was cheaper than using a landline.
The only thing I can offer you is his bank details that I used to send the money transfers too via currency fair I feel totally deflated with what's going on with the forum members as all I wanted to do was help the club out. If he is still trading then he should stopped. Regards Tony

Dont beat yourself up Tony. You have been conned as much as anyone. Your good name was what he was looking to gain. That, unfortunately is the way those kind of people work. He almost sucked me in , but after wondering if my thoughts about him were correct, and talking to other members about his methods of working the oracle across people, I realised I was not the only one who thought his methods pointed, eventually to one thing. As Vanbursta says, pure and simple. Tony. Don’t have any sympathy for him, I bet he has already got someone else to cover his dirty work. Until those that were ripped off, conned, call it what you like, have reported to the police what has happened, he will more likely than not carry on fleecing people, while keeping in the background.

Thanks David, I just feel bad, I had no idea what was going on until Jeff called me last week, I had not been on the forum for two years as I no longer have my 75.
If any one gets any joy. Please post and keep us all informed.

He lives in Canada doesn't he? I doubt HM Police would have much sway over it?

Anybody got a picture of this Dick Head Sean Moore? I found one on LinkedIn in the Toronto area. Also, if you take the first "0" off the phone number it turns into a Boise, Idaho, USA phone. Of course, that could be a reroute or internet phone service like "MyJack".
Cheers, Glenn
