My newest addition to my problems, the light headedness seems minor compared to what others are going through.

I think this murk will be in for the better part of the day, thins a bit then rolls in again. Look up you can see the hazy sun but I suspect the mist is hanging around the Forth estuary. Used to get the same at Berwick, cold and couldn't see your hand in front of your face in town, few miles inland it was glorious sunshine.

Thank you for the Update Ian, I am glad to hear you had a better night. Apixaban is the best treatment for your condition, you should do well on it. Keep us posted.

Tomorrow morning I am back in hospital outpatients under the urologists having a special test which involves a catheter being inserted into the bladder, another catheter up the A then testing pressures of passing gas and passing urine. Not really looking forward to to it, but needs must.

Just watched Countryfile & it's not looking good from mid-week onwards Back to Winter weather front from the north with snow on hills & temps in single figures with some -C overnight temps Going to have to get lots of trays of seedlings inside the house and covered before then with the help of my missus & daughter otherwise I'll end up losing lots to frost damage like last year

Salad for tea tonight & I must say it was very tasty.

Evening all, did a 6 mile walk this afternoon with Meg, a day of many emotions, a good walk did help to clear my head.

Spaghetti cooking for tea, Meg is resting now
