Saw this one on gumtree and it looks pretty interesting, but why only £599?

It looks to be a classic non se, front bumper is wrecked, and the rest of the car is tired.

A typical cheap "run it for a year and bin it" car

Bumper and wing scrapes nsf are obvious plus its got an odd wheel, nsr.

Odd wheel,,,looks like a steel wheel with a plastic cover,,you can see the cable ties holding it on
