Well, thanks to Brian I have now acquired a nearside wing and bumper in Starlight Silver. £130 so far, which isn't too bad at all. I have made an offer on a nearside headlight (£50 + £15 p&p), but the £10 silver bonnet which Brian posted a link to is in Stoke On Trent (collect in person only). So I might have to keep looking for something a bit more local.
My bodyshop friend in Wickford, who is a classic car man has agreed to strip and reassemble it all for me. The paintwork doesn't look too bad on the new panels. Once finances allow I might go get those panels re-painted. Thanks all for your help.

Nearside light now on its way to the bodyshop. Sorry Biker, I missed your question - it is a facelift model, not MK1.
All I need now is a bonnet in Starlight Silver. Does anyone know if there is a difference between a MK1 and facelift bonnet or are the two the same?

There's no distinction between a mk1 and facelift bonnet on Rimmers, both have the same part number BKA500131.

Yesterday I picked up the repaired 75 from my friend at the bodyshop. The original bonnet was able to be straightened. The whole front end has been rebuilt and repainted.
The rear bumper has also been repainted as it has existed in what appeared to be a rattle can refinish and, frankly it looked pants. Parking sensors have been fitted front and rear; the wires have been routed in so I just need to install the control box and wire up. The second hand light was broken internally. My friend repaired it with epoxy but I would be best advised to source another. My friend mopped the entire car and the paint is now like glass. I will try and upload some photos.
