All is good fellas, I also filed a ticket yesterday, this is their reply.

Dear Westley,

Thank you for contacting us.

We'll refund 11.12 GBP (100% Tax Fee) to you since you paid for the Insurance for Duty & Tax of this order.

It normally takes 3-5 business days to complete the refund transaction. Please kindly check your PayPal account later.

We thank you for your understanding in this matter.

Sincerely,
Sarah

How do they do it? It was the same for the £200 android double din units that were sold for £10 and £25, I got stung with £25 and £35 fee's, but LITB refunded these amounts in full within 3 days, AMAZING!

Hi Steve, I paid online and took a screenshot of the confirmation and payment page. You then can arrange the delivery, RM are delivering on Tuesday, saves me having to travel down to the sorting office.

Merry Christmas fellas.

Also the same, a promise of a refund. On the plus side for LITB, we're all more likely to use them again in the future.

I got the full £11.12 refunded to PayPal account this morning. I was sceptical and don't understand how this is a good business model, but happy. Camera scheduled to be delivered today, even if it's dead, I'm only £6 out of pocket. Thanks for the thread Wes and hope you have a better New Year knasher wise.

I got a refund quickly, paid online yesterday evening, and submitted the ticket, I’ve just woken up to and email saying I’ve been refunded via PayPal.

Just bought a couple of torches in the flash sale at LITB. Be careful because they came up at a different price, three times before they appeared at the price quoted in the first "flash"! I had to clear the basket and re-book it.
