Evening everyone, I'd no sooner said it was muggy & warm when the skies went dark and the rain started again, it went much cooler too, it's been raining ever since. I've had to put the laundry in the tumble drier all the house windows are steamed up now

Had my train drivers hat on this afternoon on Train Simulator driving a class 91 Peterborough to York express, I was five minutes late pulling into York & got docked 4365 points

Well, we're in Norfolk - and guess what - it's persisting it down. Haven't made any attempt to put the awning up, simply parked the caravan, levelled it, connected water, waste and electrics so we can be comfortable for the night. Hopefully, tomorrow may bring an improvement in the weather and we can take the waterproof jackets off
WIFI on the site works - at around 0.7 mbps (yes, nought point seven !!)- so I won't be posting up many high memory photos.

We're here Andy - about 6 miles North East of Fakenham just off the A148 road to Cromer
Lo and behold - as I type, the sun has just peeped out from the clouds

At least I can't be blamed for the weather in Norfolk today

It's wet and miserable here in Clacton as well if that makes it any better

Looking forward to catching up on Monday and hope the weather improves for your holiday

Thanks Jeff - it has dried up for the moment, and we have even had brief glimpses of that circular yellow thing
Quite chuffed with my fuel consumption today - average of 28 mpg over 213 miles, including lots of stops/starts & queuing on the A17. Not bad when you consider I had 1400 kgs hung on the back
