Evenin all, It's been a dark cloudy afternoon and has been threatening to rain, I think we'll be in for a downpour looking at these skies.

Top tea tonight Aldi slow cooked boneless beef ribs, deary me are those good. with herby wedge potatoes.

What a miserable day! It hasn't really rained, but has threatened to all day long - and it's COLD.
Forecast for tonight around here is temperatures down to 6 or 7 degrees C - with a possibility of frost in sheltered areas
We should be basking in bright sunshine and enjoying an Indian Summer - shouldn't we?
At least we're well stocked up with fruit for lots of nice, warming Winter crumbles. We had a sort out of the freezer in the garage this afternoon - 3 large carrier bags full of brambles and a couple of bags full of stewed apple (windfalls down the road , with our own tree still to be picked yet.

Next project is to find a decent supply of sloes - I've got 2 one litre bottles of gin, ready to be transformed into sloe gin in time for Christmas - sorry about using that word in September )

Hope you're settling in to the new abode - you'll possibly need a few more warm jumpers now you've moved a few miles closer to the Arctic Circle

Flippin p0xy rain!! I got the van washed on my home, in preparation for treating the rust spots with kurust. No sooner had I applied it, and the rain started. Its good stuff that, it says remove all loose surface rust, apply with a brush, and leave until it turns black, then prime and paint. Well its turned black in very little time, but i cant prime and paint, as its tipping down.

That stuff stings when you get it in cuts on your hand. I should really label containers I put that stuff into.

Lashing down here, The rain is deafening on the roof of the conservatory.

No screen which keeps it nice and small, you just download an app to your smart phone and it wirelessly sends live video and recorded data to it
