7 years tomorrow
5th Jan 2009 I picked up my Moonstone Green 2.0l V6 in Armagh.Since then I've put over 80,000mls on it..It has never let me down and with work and upgrades I've done myself it's probably as good as the day I bought it.It has cost me a fair few skinned knuckles and caused me to call all kinds of misfortune down on the people who put nuts and bolts in inaccessable places but it' s been worth it all for the comfort and pleasure got from driving it.So here' to a good few more years of ROVERING.

Congrats on keeping another 75 on the road for so long. I was interested to see what yours looked like but can only find the tiny pic on your profile. You couldn't post a decent size one I suppose?

6 Yrs on Thursday
It will be 6 years with mine on Thursday, - another Moonstone diesel Tourer, after a 2 year gap from an earlier 1.8T Tourer, again Moonstone, which I had owned for 4 years, when I had a company car, not Rover or MG. Both were Connie SE's. So that's ten years in all.
As Steve above, I also love 'em to bits, preferring the diesel for the FBH warm up prior to use. Geoff Last edited by GeoffWW; 5th January 2016 at 12:21.. |

I forgot to say Thank You to the Forum and various members who helped me out of a few different pickles and fixed me up with parts etc.Without them I probably would have had to part with the car long ago cos garages around herd are simply rip off merchants.
